If that strike is successful, deal no libido damage and the attacked character may not attack any character you control for the rest of the combat phase. If you successfully activate this power, remove Usagi from combat as she has reverted to her civilian form.

Whenever Makoto makes a successful attack, she may choose to spend extra libido as she activates her electric powers, dealing extra damage to both her target and herself. The extra damage dealt is equal to twice the libido that she spends, regardless of the difference between her strike roll and her opponents dodge roll.

While she is in the aiming stance, she may make attacks at characters in the surrounding cities as she is shooting them with her flaming arrows.

When performing a strike, you may spend an additional 1 libido. If the strike is successful, ensnare the character until the next time Minako takes a combat action. Reduce the ensnared character’s dodge by 1. This power may be used more than one time in a single combat phase.

Power: Tuxedo Rose Strike!
Once per turn before libido is spent on an action, you may activate this power. Spend 3 libido and cancel any attack made by another character (this includes any strikes made through the use of special powers) as Mamoru has thrown a rose and distracted that character. That character may perform an additional strike/use their power but may not select the same target as they did for the original activation of their attack/power.

Also, KUDOS for getting Haruka and Michiru’s last names! I like them functioning as a twisted pair. Honestly, I can’t really think of any sort of function that would be okay for the two of them to act separately from each other…
Hopefully, you don’t mind me running rampant through your characters like this! >_< For me, Saturn is the avatar of destruction, thus her having a healing power kinda seems... well, moot. Rather, I decided to highlight her properties as a soldier of death and rebirth, though. "Rebith cannot occur without destruction" or something like that... cannot remember the exact words from the series.
As for a re-edit, I toned down her strike so she doesn't rape through cities as an unchecked force of doom. Yes, 6 is great, and the destruction is embodied by both the automatic collateral damage and double damage, but BOTH on a character has proven (in our playtesting) far too broken for a character to possess.

Power: (stolen from the series... shamelessly!) Death World Revolution
Hotaru can, rather than taking a combat action reduce herself to her maximum negative libido and take one of the follow actions:
1) remove an unoccupied city from the game and return in at the beginning of the next libido phase without any damage.
2) remove any non-guardian character from the game and return it at the beginning of the next libido phase with libido equivalent to three times their base libido statistic. She cannot use this power on herself

I just have this overwhelming tendency to see something, examine it, and then attempt to improve it… for better or worse.

If you want to make any changes and such, give me a yell and I’ll be more than willing to accommodate.

Ah, oops… didn’t mean for it to be that way…

I means Michiru and Haruka to treat each other as love interests, but they aren’t actually love interests. They can fall for other people, but if someone makes a strike on the Michiru/Haruka while Haruka/Michiru is in the same city, you’d resolve it as if that character’s love interest had been struck.

That make sense?
